Dukan, Web Full-stack Bootcamp

This initiative focuses on empowering displaced women in Taiz City, Yemen by providing them with coding education in a conflict-affected environment. The project directly addresses gender inequality in the STEM field and aims to transform the lives of women aged 18 to 35 who face displacement, limited access to education, and economic hardship.

Objectives / Goals

Focusing on both technical training and confidence-building

This project is designed to create real and lasting impact in the lives of displaced women by empowering them with in-demand coding skills and the confidence to contribute meaningfully to their communities and the tech industry. Through targeted training and mentorship, participants will gain both the technical expertise and the support network needed to thrive professionally. Key Goals:


Equip 20 displaced women with coding skills in

Training in Backend Development, Frontend Development, and Flutter (mobile development).

Enhance employability and build self-confidence

Prepare participants for job opportunities or freelancing in the tech sector.

Foster local innovation through digital solutions

Encourage the development of web and mobile apps that solve community challenges.

Promote gender equity in the tech industry

Support women in overcoming gender barriers and pursuing careers in STEM.

ICT is all about possibilities and opportunities. While at YODET we provide reliable internet connection; we provide the perfect atmosphere for ICT entrepreneurs to flourish. We incubate their startups in our accelerator and make sure they get the right kind of aid at the right stage of their journey.

While the internet must be open to everyone, no one's safety and privacy should be threatened under any circumstances. At YODET, we execute different programs, events and services to raise awareness and defend cybersecurity. Our programs cover the full spectrum of internet users starting from doers and influencers but not ending with women and kids.
